Cancel or Exchange
Cancellation after order is confirmed and change in contents of order cannot be received.
Conditions of returns and refunds
- Please contact customer support (voguepursuecs@hotmail.com) within7 daysof receiving the products.
- Please note that returning of the products after8 dayswill not be accepted.
- Refund will be made in case the same item is out of stock.
When does the return period start?
- On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly.
- On the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.
- On the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces
Please understand that returns will not be accepted if the following conditions are met.
- Products that are damaged, stained, wrinkled, smelly (including perfume) and in a different state from the time of delivery.
- Other traces of use that do not belong to good quality.
- Products without tags or accessories.
- Products that have been repaired or modified for customer convenience.
- Products with a non-return policy stated in the product description.
- Items purchased from other than our official online store.
